This album contains some pearls that hardly are remembered. The aching performance of Gladys for "We don't need each other laugh anymore", a song entirely different from the style we were used to hear from Gladys, the delightfull "Sail Away/Freedom For The Stallions", the potential hit "I'm Still Caught Up With You", the vigorous and wonderful Gladys'performance to "I'm Coming Home Again". Only for these tracks the record is already worthy. But it has too a good song called "The Way It Was" composed by B.Gibb, R.Gibb and Blue Weaver (Bee Gees?), and another two good ones, "I'll Take a Melody" and "With You In My Mind"! We don't miss The Pips in this album, maybe because of the chosen songs. Gladys seems to show that she can walk alone.
