| Gary Moore - After the War Band: Gary Moore Tracks: - Dunluce, Pt. 1 - After the War - Speak for Yourself - Livin' on Dreams - Led Clones - Messiah Will Come Again - Running from the Storm - This Thing Called Love - Ready for Love - Blood of Emeralds - Dunluce, Pt. 2 Before the blues... "After the War" represents Gary Moore's last heavy metal album, before he turned his attention and immense talents to the blues.Recorded in 1989,it features trademark Gary Moore superspeed guitar work("Speak for Yourself"),traditional Irish arrangements("Dunluce")and a duet with Ozzy Osbourne,"Led Clones" which makes reference to the Led Zeppelin immitators popular at the time;"Ready for Love" is a catchy track with an American feel and the instrumental "Messiah Will Come Again" showcases Moore as an absolute guitar master. Patchy, but Truly magnificent in places The title track is a standout, as is "Blood of Emerald", but for me the killer is the closing "Dunluce" - to really get the spirit soaring, it should be played _extremely_ loudly! Wish it were in production Wonderful Album, Solo "The Messiah will come again" is incredible guitar work!
