| Alice Deejay - The Lonely One Classification: Dance Music Band: Alice Deejay Tracks: - Hit Radio Mix - Xxl - Airspace Remix - Transa Remix - Goetz & Marc A Remix - Video - Screensaver Alice Deejay The mixes are great the one that I like the best is the XXL mix it is more of a harder version of her ablum version of the lonely one. The XXL mix has a more a long dance track to get the more feel of it. It also has more vocal and it has more beats to it make it interesting to play in a club rave or house and trance enviorment. The Airscape remix is cool but it is totaly changed than the album version with a whole new beat to it with her vocals over the mix. Progressive Uplifting Trance This is the third single of Alice Deejay's album "Who Needs Guitars Anyway." This is one track that shines on the entire album. Even though "Better Off Alone" is a great track, this is one that measures up to that. First up is the Hit Radio Mix. This mix is pretty good, but it doesn't make enough use of the second verse that is explored within the XXL Mix. The XXL Mix is one of My Favorite mixes. The Airscape Mix is an instrumental track. Done in pure Airscape fashion, it features hard beats, but also a lot of beautiful and melodic synths. Next is the Transa Mix. This mix contains only vocal samples. This mix is hard and progressive. This is a really good mix. Finally, there is the Goetz & Marc A Mix. This is also an instrumental. This is really hard and progresssive also. This is more like a techno song than trance. In add that many Parsons listeners won't agree but I think Pyramid sounds the best. His first three albums I think stand out from the ones that followed in their uniqueness. Pyramid has a remarkable beginning and takes you through an experience. "In the Lap of the Gods" is a song that sounds incredible at high volume. "One More River" and "Can't Take it With You" have related choruses and "Hyper-Gamma-Spaces" gives you a Space rock feeling. The lyrics are thought provoking. This record has aged well, it doesn't have a "70's" sound. It can't be associated with any decade. Alot of thought and effort went into Pyramid, its one of the best albums I've ever heard.
