Yet another great single from "Jagged Little Pill". It's one of her Soft rock hits- certainly one her catchiest tracks. It's a sweet, moody melody. A lot of people think that unlike her other "JLP" tracks, this single doesn't really have the lyrics that mean anything. If you listen to the lyrics and understand them, you'll see that it basically talks to a 'somebody' who was really ruthless but now he's changed, the woman is shocked, and she's asking him to not blame her for being shocked (or rather falling head over feet). Anyway, 'Head over feet' is something for 'Ironic' fans! But it doesn't even 'nearly' compare to 'Ironic'. It's addictive due to the catchy tune, the serene music, and the beautiful harmonica musical sequences. Other tracks you'd find in this CD single are the Live versions of "You learn", "Hand in my pocket" and "right through you". You learn is a rock hit-very catchy with good vocals from Alanis herself. Hand in my pocket was one of her early hits-also with a harmonica sequence to lighten up the song's angry mood. Right through you is a song that has no video. It's another rock hit that talks about how a person would want someone else just for their money ("now that I'm this thing, now that I'm a zillionaire- you scan the credits for your name and wonder why they're not there!"- Alanis). Overall the whole collection is worth it. Alanis Morissette is one of the greatest singers of all time and these are some of her best works! females world... this song is so awesome! she wrote everything about woman's world, and what do we really think about males..well done. RUN AND BUY IT! Wow! A great mixture of her Live tracks combined in one great single make this album a must have for Alanis fans. This is an excellent album. The first track is her release "Head Over Feet" which is from the origional LP she released in 1996/1995. t is a great song and everybody enjoys it. The Live tracks are especially good and have good sound quality. They were recorded on March 6, 1996 at Wings Stadium in Kalamazoo, Michigan in the USA. Thesse are the best Live tracks that I've ever heard ALanis ever sing. Boy! She must have a great Live voice. Over and out, this is all I'm going to yack about the goodness of this single.
