| Adam & The Ants - Prince Charming Band: Adam & The Ants Tracks: - Scorpios - Picasso Visita el Planeta de los Simios - Prince Charming - Five Guns West - That Voodoo - Stand and Deliver - Mile High Club - Ant Rap - Mowhok - Sex As dramatic as it sounds - this changed my life Granted, I was 12 at the time. However, after seeing Adam on MTV, I decided that we should marry and have little ants. While that never came to fruition, I do have to say that in the following two decades, I came to be a semi-expert on his Antness and rate this particular work as one of the better ones. If you're looking for melody and fun (rather than insightful lyrics and innovative guitar play), this album will do you nicely. The opening track, "Scorpions" always seemed better Live to me, but it kicks off the album with a bang. Favorites on the album include the title track, Picasso et al, and of course "Stand and Deliver" - that song alone I believe makes the cd worth owning. If you're looking for 80's indulgence, I think you'll like it. Love it! I Love this whole album (even Ant Rap- it grows on you!! and what other White English singer attempted to rap?!). Voodoo and Picasso are absolutley delightful to listen to. S.E.X is just a great, soothing, sexy song. Short but sweet. And after S.E.X is a short little ditty that isnt even listed on the track list. Stand and Deliver is a classic, brilliant song. The title track is a very catchy tune indeed (and the video is classic if you can see it....which you can on "Antics In The Forbidden Zone" video tape!!). I Love Love this cd. BUY IT. Classic Ant This is often considered the worst Adam Ant release. Why I am not sure. Adam went out and changed his image and music. "Scorpios" is a killer song that sounds like it could have been a 60's James Bond theme. "That Voodoo" is slick and melodic and even throws in some Marachi horns for effect. "Stand and Deliver" is a full blown Ant rave-up that is irresistible. There are a few missteps, like "Ant Rap" but in general a solid effort and well worth the listen.
