| Aaliyah - Try Again Classification: Pop Band: Aaliyah Repetitive I still can't understand why there was no official US release for this great track. If there was, you wouldnt be shelling out more to get this import edition. That said, the import edition is wonderful, with 4 tracks, including the original that was on the soundtrack. 'Try again' is a song with excellent beats and Aaliyah's voice is much better than her contemporaries such as Brandy and Monica, but the song suffers due to its repetitive nature. 'If at first you dont succeed...' is about the only line here, and its a wonder that the song ,managed to reach No. 1 in the US solely based on airplay. Thats no mean achievement, and certainly a reason to buy this CD, and find out what all the fuss was about. Highly recommended. This is a great CD to buy if your a fanatic of this song and don't want to buy the "Romeo Must Did Soundtrack" besides this comes with cool remixes to rejuice the song up for you. Track listing to step to! Track One: From "The Romeo Must Die" Soundtrack Track Two: This sound really similar to the original version but it has a rap insertion in the middle of the song. Don't ask just listen. This is shamful they Call it a remix though same beat as original. Track Three: This remix rejuices this song up for me you'll Love it. This remix is so great words cant even explain how good it is. It has Aaliyah's voice echoed in certain parts to make it sound good. It has a much faster beat that makes the song even better to dance to (step to). The beat to this remixes is unbeatable its just somthing you have to hear for yourself. Track Four: Instrumental, version of the song which is great for people to sing to and test there singin' in the shower abilities. This song is great that it has no profane words in it so I feel safe letting my nieces sing to this song. It Great! People this CD is not good its GREAT, so get off your booty and step to amazon.com and but this CD. It will bring to life to the song!
